Broken after a few uses

Don’t waste your money. Product only used a few times and now has a slow leak. Customer service are not helpful.

Seems cheap for the price

I just pulled this out of the box in preparation for our upcoming flight. I am disappointed at the quality of this product for the price. The manual pump is cheap and hard to move up and down. The bag that it comes with is small and I am unable to fit the pump, the Plane Pal and the attachments nicely back into such a small bag. I hope it works better on the plane and makes me want to amend my review. At most, this product should cost $40. At most!!!

Never came in time for my travels

I eventually ended up buying a stokke jetkids. Available in the babystore a day before my travels.
I have no idea whether the plane pal has arrived. I'm still waiting for the refund.

Communication was there. But nobody at customer service could offer me more than "sorry for the inconvenience." In the stress of flying out with a toddler 2 days before travel, an inconvenience is understated....

Approved list of airlines inaccurate combined with bogus return policy.
